**Description** SAIC has an immediate need for a **Training Analyst** to support the Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS) Team located in Huntsville, Alabama. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** + Supports Software and Test teams as a member of early testing of product capability during integration to examine user workflows and behavior + Reviews and provides feedback on training material and related documentation + Conducts pre-flight software and equipment checks and prepares charts for live test readiness reviews and user training events + Able to brief management, stakeholders, and users for planned training events, demonstrations, and test events + Coordinates schedule with customer, user, and range personnel and travel to support live training and test events + Documents and works to resolve all complex problems and reports on problem resolution to management **Qualifications** **Required Education and Experience:** + Bachelors and zero (0) years of relevant experience; six (6) years of additional experience in lieu of a degree (per contract vehicle) **Required Security Clearance:** + Active Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required) **Required Skills:** + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities + Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment + Strong presentation and communication skills + Capable of developing training materials and presentations + Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills REQNUMBER: 2508661 SAIC is a premier technology integrator, solving our nation's most complex modernization and systems engineering challenges across the defense, space, federal civilian, and intelligence markets.
