At Sweet Swirls Rolled Ice Cream , we serve up smiles alongside delicious rolled ice cream, shakes, pints, ice cream cakes, and more. With a vibrant storefront and a food truck that brings the fun to events across the area, we’re all about creating a sweet experience for our customers.

We’re looking for a motivated and responsible Shift Lead to join our team and help keep the magic swirling during each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership : Supervise and motivate a small team of staff, ensuring smooth operations during your shift.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional service by addressing customer needs, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
• Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day tasks, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the store or food truck stays clean and organized.
• Product Quality : Ensure ice cream and other menu items are prepared to our high-quality standards.
• Problem Solving : Handle any issues that arise during the shift, from staffing challenges to customer concerns.
• Training & Development : Help onboard and train new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service, retail, or leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
