In this role, you’ll plan, organize, and conduct therapy programs to support the development and rehabilitation of individuals with mental, physical, or emotional disabilities. Responsibilities: - Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and organize occupational therapy programs.
- Provide home programming for patients and their families.
- Recommend modifications to work or living environments.
- Evaluate patient progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Interact professionally with patients and families, involving them in treatment planning.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain department cleanliness.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
- Conduct training programs on therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for comprehensive care.
- Attend training sessions and meetings.
- Participate in performance improvement activities.
- Manage appointments and client sessions.
- Support research projects and community education initiatives.

Qualifications: - CPR certification
- Annual TB Skin test
- Active Occupational Therapist License
- Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, positive attitude

- 5 accrued sick days. Sick time begins accruing on the first day of employment; however, employees may not use their accrued sick leave until they have reached 90 days of employment.
- 6 holiday pay days * must meet requirements
- Health Insurance if you choose to opt in after 60 days
- 401k, 4% contribution *during open enrollment after 1 year of employment
- $150 CEU reimbursement with approval after 1 year of employment
