Job Description

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with the executive team to define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. The Marketing Director will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content strategy, advertising, public relations, and market research.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and targets specific growth areas.
  • Lead the annual and quarterly planning processes for the marketing department, establishing goals, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee the development and positioning of the brand to increase market share and drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and in-store.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of brand guidelines and ensure alignment with the company's vision and values.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing).
  • Oversee the content strategy to ensure engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and strengthens the brand.
  • Implement marketing automation and customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns to reach key audiences and drive conversions.
  • Create promotional strategies and oversee the implementation of campaigns to support product launches, seasonal sales, and other events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
  • Oversee the development of press releases, public statements, and crisis communications.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the company when necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, reporting on key metrics to measure performance and ROI.
  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Regularly present findings, recommendations, and performance reports to the executive team.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
  • Prior experience in healthcare marketing
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, brand management, and PR.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Location: Great Neck, NY - Hybrid - In office Mondays/Tuesdays
Salary Range: $115,000-$140,000
