The Opportunity

As Geviti continues to scale its nationwide clinical team, we are seeking a highly experienced and mission-aligned Collaborating Physician to support our Nurse Practitioners across multiple states. This fully remote 1099 contractor role offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to a cutting-edge model of functional, integrative care.

The ideal candidate will hold active medical licenses in 30 or more U.S. states, with deep experience in integrative medicine, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and peptide therapies. In this role, you'll provide oversight and support to advanced practice providers, ensuring high standards of care delivery and compliance across a multi-state footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a collaborating/supervising physician for Nurse Practitioners across 30+ licensed states
• Conduct timely chart reviews and documentation audits per state-specific requirements
• Provide clinical support, guidance, and escalation management as needed
• Stay current on regulatory scope-of-practice laws and requirements in each assigned state
• Collaborate with Geviti's clinical leadership team to uphold care quality and compliance standards
• Participate in occasional virtual team check-ins (minimal time commitment)

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO with unrestricted, active medical licensure in 30+ U.S. states
• DEA licensure (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with a strong preference for functional or integrative medicine backgrounds
• Extensive experience in hormone replacement therapy, peptide protocols, and compounding pharmacy coordination
• Familiarity with preventive, data-informed care approaches
• Proven ability to oversee multiple providers in a telehealth setting
• Tech-proficient and comfortable with remote collaboration tools
• Passionate about redefining healthcare through modern, patient-centered models
